The room was modern, neat, and equipped with a whirlpool tub, a pull-out bed, and great amenities.

Breakfast wasn't available until 7 a.m. I tried to get a cup of coffee at 6:40 a.m. and the staff screamed at me stating breakfast isn't available until 7 a.m.

Impeccably clean hotel in an extremely clean building right by shopping centers and restaurants as well as the universities and shopping. The rooms with pull out bed for our kids. Perfect and particularly good location to a science museum. Also, in the area of customer service.

Great service during our stay. Very comfy bed, large bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Free and nice breakfast, with a variety of options available.

The bed was the best bed in my travels I have ever sleep in. Eggs where great.

The rooms here are modern and newly furnished, and you can even enjoy a relaxing whirlpool bath 🛁. The facilities are also quite good.

The room was very clean and offered all the amenities I needed for a four night stay. At my request I did not want daily room service however the staff was extremely accommodating when I needed anything.

This is not too big of a deal, but I wanted granola for breakfast, and Oatmeal was the only gluten free choice.

The room is spacious with good facilities, including a whirlpool, and has a consistent layout and smoke detectors for safety.

I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I called several times but was told they hadn't found them. I got the impression that the staff wasn't very interested in helping me.

The front desk clerk was so helpful! I had lost my credit card and was in a panic. He calmed my nerves and worked with me as I worked with my bank to secure an alternate method for payment. Since he could see how upset I was, he offered me my room earlier and directed me to relax by the pool or hot tub and have some coffee or tea. He didn't know that I actually frequent this property because I stop in to check on my freshman daughter at the local college. It's because of people like him that I return more often then other hotels in the city. The hot food bar was great--lots of drink and food options. The dining area is very cozy with the fireplace and various forms of seating. This is a great property for families and it is conveniently located to shopping centers and restaurants.

The room was clean. The location was good.

The room had very thin walls. I could hear the people above me. Sounded like a child running and it was loud and often. I could also hear the shower running. When I went to the front desk to complain at around 9:30 p.m. there was no one to be found. It was an overpriced room for the inconvenience.

All the staff was very friendly.

I was surprised to see mold stains in the bath area.
